Dog Brain ChromHMM chromatin state bed files

This dataset contains ChromHMM bed file outputs for 8 distinct regions of the dog brain: Anterior cingulate gyrus (ACG), cerebellum, frontal lob, hypothalamus, occipital cortex, striatum, temporal cortex, and thalamus. Inputs into ChromHMM were ATAC-seq peaks as well as histone peaks for H3K27me3, H3K4me3, and H3K27ac. The most informative ChromHMM model identified nine distinct chromatin states, numbered 1-9 in the bed files: States 1, 4, 6: Promoters States 2,8: Enhancers State 3: Open chromatin (only ATAC signal) State 7: No signal State 9: Repressed Data is on CanFam4 (UU_Cfam_GSD_1.0) coordinates
