资源简介:
Acid etching can enrich the surface of titanium silicalite (TS) with abundant hydroxyl nests. In synergy with PtZn bimetallic components, these hydroxyl nests not only enhance the catalytic performance of the propane dehydrogenation (PDH) reaction but also provide stable anchoring sites for the loading of active species. Based on this rationale, in the present work, TS supports were etched with hydrochloric acid of varying concentrations, and a series of PtZn/TS bimetallic catalysts were fabricated via the co-impregnation method. The effects of acid concentration on the catalyst structure, surface properties, and PDH reaction performance were systematically investigated. Combined with characterization analyses, it was revealed that acid etching induces the formation of surface-enriched hydroxyl nest structures on TS supports. These structures act as efficient anchoring sites for PtZn species, which significantly increases the exposure of metallic Pt0 and reduces the reaction energy barrier of PDH. This study thus provides a feasible strategy for the rational design of high-performance PDH catalysts.
