This dataset analyzes the SKU online rate of various product categories under the Dawang Commodity brand on the JD Daojia platform, and applies the analytical results to the performance evaluation system for commodity online management in the brand's instant retail industry.
(1) It is used for internal control management of different sales stores, channels or sales regions, taking whether the SKU online rate data reaches the specified value as an important quantitative basis for judging whether the internal management meets the standards;
(2) It is used for refined management of product online status, enabling timely optimization of product supply and sales strategies, increasing the number of online products and market performance, efficiently driving GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth, and enhancing the brand's competitiveness in instant retail.
1. Data Source
The data is collected from the JD Daojia platform, focusing on the Dawang Commodity brand in Guangdong Province, covering all SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) details of different product categories under this brand, including core fields such as brand information, product name, UPC (Universal Product Code), sales channel, and the province where the product is located.
2. Data Processing
(1) Status Analysis and Online Judgment: Conduct detailed screening of product status, distinguish between purchasable SKUs and non-online products, and count the actual number of online SKUs.
(2) Target Online SKU Quantity Setting: Based on the brand strategy and the cooperation framework with the platform, scientifically select the scope of stores that should be online for the sales channels in the province, and determine the target online SKU quantity for different product categories accordingly.
(3) SKU Online Rate Calculation: Using the obtained data, calculate the category SKU online rate = actual number of online SKUs / target number of online SKUs, so as to quantitatively evaluate the product online performance.
3. Data Application
Apply the SKU online rate data to the brand's instant retail field. On one hand, it is used for the target assessment of the brand's internal product online status; on the other hand, it optimizes product supply and sales strategies, increases the number of online products and market performance, efficiently drives GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth, and enhances the brand's competitiveness in instant retail.
