Right to free and safe mobility in indigenous youth and women

Abstract The main intention of this article is to contribute to the discussion and advance of the rights of children, adolescents and youth recognized in many legal documents, making explicit the Right to the City for these groups, especially the right to free and safe mobility, which can be the basis for implementing policies aimed at the enjoyment of services and rights that urban life offers for the optimal development of the people that make up these social age groups.
