Understanding Rose Rosette Disease: Viral Dynamics and Host Response in Field Grown Roses

Rose rosette virus (RRV), causes rosetting on one shoots for a couple of years before causing similar rosetting symptoms to other shoots. The aim of this project is to understand the molecular mechanisms underpinning the rosetting phenotype.
