We releaved the transcriptomic changes after LPS stimulation of CD14-derived macrophages from three donors. Overall design: Blood samples from three femal donors were collected and CD14+ monocytes were isolated with magnetic beads. CD14-derived macrophages were obtained after 7 days of incubation of CD14+ monocytes with MCSF (5 ng/ml). After that LPS was added to experimental cells. Control cells were intact.
