Long-range enhancers play an important role in the temporal and spatial control of gene expression and are deregulated in many cancers. Yet, the mechanisms that govern enhancer activity during development and oncogenesis remain poorly understood. In this study we analyze the chromatin accesibility of DP3 minus cells and three human T-ALL leukemia. ATAC-seq sample from DP3 minus cells and three human T-ALL leukemia.
