We propose a 147 ks XMM-Newton observation of the galaxy cluster RXC J0303.8-7752. Shallow observations show there is a tail-like structure with a length of 2-Mpc alongside the main cluster comma which is the longest such feature ever reported. The deeper observations proposed here are needed in order to reveal the merging and the formation history of this rare tail comma and in a broader text comma to understand the heating and virialization processes of the ICM when accreting matter from subhalos.
