Single-cell mRNA-seq for simulated rare cells from blood. Homo sapiens

Human lung cancer cells (from cell line) were spiked into human blood and recovered with high efficiency. These cells were further subjected to single-cell mRNA-seq to demonstrate feasibility of the method for high-throughput rare cell isolation and single-cell sequencing.
