To investigate changes in the tumor microenvironment at a gene expression level induced by TGFb-derived peptide vaccination in a murine model of PDAC (Pan02) Overall design: Pan02 tumor-bearing mice were either left untreated or vaccinated with TGFÃ vaccine on days 10 and 17 post-inoculation. Tumors were harvested (n=3-4 per group) on day 30, RNA was extracted, and bulk RNAseq was performed.
