Study of microbial diversity on soil

A field experiment was conducted with pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) in calcareous soil of greenhouse to investigate the impacts of microbial inoculants (MI containing the effective strains of Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus mucilaginous) application on pepper growth, P and K availability, and the composition of soil bacterial community.
