资源简介:
We believe that our study makes a significant contribution to the literature because we found that the somatic cell count of the cows in the trialgroup showed significant reduction in different periods of time, in terms of production performance, the cows in the T120 group during melatonin feeding significantly increased milk milk fat percentage, milk fat yield, milk protein percentage and milk protein yield, respectively. In terms of serum biochemical indices, the cows in the T120 group during melatonin feeding had significant effects on total protein, albumin and globulin content. In addition, melatonin had a significant effect on cows in terms of antioxidant capacity and anti-inflammatory capacity. Finally, exogenous melatonin had a positive effect on blood melatonin levels in dairy cows.Further, we believe that this paper will be of interest to the readership of your journal because our results demonstrate thatsupplementationof exogenous melatonin to dairy cattle rations reduces milk somatic cell count and improves milk quality, cow antioxidant capacity, anti-inflammatory capacity, and blood melatonin content. Our findings will be insightful for farming and agriculture experts as they provide new insights for the healthy breeding of ruminants.
