The frequency counts and ratio of amino acid substituting missense mutations and silent synonymous mutations in disordered regions.

The table also reports the DisProt identifier for each disordered region (IDR), the gene encoding for the protein with the corresponding IDR, and the length of each IDR. An IDR with n_miss/n_syn < 1.0 harbors a lower frequency of missense mutations than synonymous mutations and an IDR with n_mis/n_syn > 1.0 harbors a higher frequency of missense mutations than synonymous mutations. Distributions of n_mis/n_syn for IDRs of different lengths are shown in Fig 3 (main text) and S7 Fig (supplemental).
