资源简介:
CuBi alloys are predicted to exhibit a giant Spin Hall Effect (SHE), making them a promising material for developing spintronic devices. However, variations in the composition and structure, e.g. crystallinity, crystallite size, formation of oxides or metallic clusters of Bi, can affect the spin hall angle, i.e. the efficiency of the spin-to-charge current conversion. Here, we will examine the structure and temperature-induced structural changes in nanowires of composition Cu1-xBix (x=0.0-0.1). These results, in combination with transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption spectroscopy measurements, will allow us to obtain an in-depth understanding of the structure of the system and corelate it to the transport properties.
