在高级建模仿真分析软件AMESim环境下,搭建XDE400吨矿用自卸车整车传动系统的仿真模型,模型包括轮毂驱动电机、整车VCU以及驾驶员等模块。基于现有矿用自卸车矿区实际作业工况数据,推算出实际矿区的路面坡度、车速等信息,然后,将路面坡度、车速等信息作为矿用自卸车整车传动系统模型的仿真工况参数,采用行驶工况设定模块定义车辆仿真过程中的坡度、载荷、质量的变化规律以及车辆目标车速曲线,车辆模型能够根据模型中位移传感器的输入信号,按照给定的变化规律来改变整车负载和坡度进行仿真计算。根据模型的计算结果,统计获取XDE400吨矿用自卸车轮毂驱动系统电机输出扭矩、转速等载荷谱数据信息。

Under the environment of the advanced modeling and simulation analysis software AMESim, a simulation model of the full-vehicle transmission system for the XDE400-ton mining dump truck was constructed. This model encompasses modules including hub drive motors, the vehicle control unit (VCU), and a driver module.
Based on the actual operational condition data of existing mining dump trucks in mining areas, parameters such as road gradient and vehicle speed in the actual mining area were extrapolated. These parameters (road gradient, vehicle speed, etc.) were then used as the simulation working condition parameters for the full-vehicle transmission system model of the XDE400-ton mining dump truck. A driving condition setting module was employed to define the variation rules of gradient, load, and mass, as well as the target vehicle speed curve during the vehicle simulation process. The vehicle model can adjust the overall vehicle load and gradient according to the preset variation patterns based on the input signals from the displacement sensors within the model to conduct simulation calculations.
Based on the calculation results of the model, load spectrum data including the motor output torque and rotational speed of the XDE400-ton mining dump truck's hub drive system were statistically acquired.
