The dataset stores pre-processed H.264 bytestream chunks directly in Arrow format, allowing for loading without the need for decoding or using FFMPEG. Each sample contains the sequence parameter set (sps), picture parameter set (pps), and IDR slice NAL units, all stored as raw byte arrays.
