However, no independent supporting evidence is attached. The checker returns: Governance Status: VERIFIED_FOR_REVIEW Autonomy Granted: False Human Approval Required: True Independent Validation Required: False The experiment demonstrates that the prototype distinguishes declared verification states from unverified inputs, but does not independently establish the authenticity of supporting evidence. This is a reproducible test of the prototype's decision logic, not proof of SSE occurring in a deployed AI system.
