2025 Geographic Areas of Opportunity: Effective 03-01-25

This data layer shows census tracts that are designated as Geographic Areas of Opportunity by Florida Housing Finance Corporation (Florida Housing). Geographic Areas of Opportunity are census tracts with high indicators of community well-being. The designations were developed using three threshold criteria: Tract median income greater than the 40th percentile of all census tracts within the county; Educational attainment above the median of all tracts in the county, measured as the proportion of adults over 25 years old who have completed at least some college; and Tract employment rate greater than the statewide employment rate.本数据图层展示了由佛罗里达住房金融公司（Florida Housing Finance Corporation，简称Florida Housing）划定的机遇地理区域（Geographic Areas of Opportunity）所对应的普查街区（census tracts）。机遇地理区域指社区福祉水平较高的普查街区。该区域的划定采用三项阈值标准：一是街区收入中位数高于所在县内全部普查街区的第40百分位数；二是居民受教育程度高于所在县内所有普查街区的中位数水平，该指标以25岁及以上成年人完成至少大专及以上教育的占比进行衡量；三是街区就业率高于全州平均就业率。
