In 2020, China's freshly-brewed coffee market was valued at about 58.8 billion yuan, increasing significantly from less than 30 billion yuan in 2015. In contrast, China's instant coffee market scaled at only 13.4 billion yuan in 2020, representing a CAGR of only three percent since 2015.
