Synthetic communities of human gut bacteria (Com18 and Com21) were cultured in a multiple-bioreactor system in mGAM medium for several days either in batch or continuous mode. They were treated with the proton-pump inhibitor omeprazole, different pH or left untreated. This project contains the 16S rRNA sequencing data of the communities at different time points.
