ECOPICS Project : Floristic list Author: René A. Palestina Last actualization: october 2022. To derive the floristic list and define target species, sampling was carried out on a gradient of 1100 m, which ranges from 3,400 to 4,500 m altitude. Using the relevé method, 10x10 m plots were established at each site to identify the tree species and within these, three 2x2 m plots for shrubs and herbaceous species. This information allowed the selection of a structuring adult individual.
