Reproducibility package — Two decades of shigellosis in the Republic of Korea (2001–2024): domestic decline, persistent imported burden, annual periodicity and a southwestern provincial cluster

This Zenodo archive is the reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript "Two decades of shigellosis in the Republic of Korea (2001–2024): domestic decline, persistent imported burden, annual periodicity and a southwestern provincial cluster" submitted to Zoonoses and Public Health. The package bundles all input datasets, analytic Python scripts, derived sensitivity tables, manuscript figures and a sigungu-level animated choropleth (Supplementary Movie S1) needed to reproduce the analyses end-to-end.
