To investigate the role of hyperoside in the regulation of gene expression in K562 cells, we treated K562 cells with hyperoside（2 mM) for 24h, RNA-seq data were obtained in control group and hyperoside group for gene expression profile analysis. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for human chronic myeloid cell lines with or without hyperoside intervention.
