The FVA3-Ang1 priming strategy was evaluated with a dual focus—safety assessment via modifications in cell characteristics and enhancement of therapeutic efficacy through augmented angiogenic potential. Gene expression patterns were analyzed by total RNA sequencing of mobPBSCs collected from patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction. RNA sequencing profiling was performed on G-CSF–mobilized PBSCs from myocardial infarction patients, comparing cells treated with FVA3-Ang1 for 1 hour and 24 hours to untreated controls.
