BCE Documentary Register of the Maur- Word Family
收藏资源简介:
BCE Documentary Register of the Maur- Word Family is a primary-source dataset comprising 59 registered Greek and Latin attestations of the Maur- word family across the represented documentary record from Polybius through Livy. Each registration identifies the source and textual locus, attested form, primary-text excerpt, and ethnographical or topographical designation, preserving the lemma across its paradigmatic and cross-linguistic variants. The dataset establishes a source-traceable chronological record of Maur- as a recurrent ethnotoponym across independent Greek and Latin witnesses. To the author’s knowledge, it constitutes the first dedicated chronological documentary corpus of the Maur- word family to assemble 59 registered attestations together with their primary-text excerpts and attested forms.
