DescriptionThis dataset contains gene-level differential expression results from bulk RNA-sequencing of embryonic day 10.5 (E10.5) mouse hearts comparing cardiomyocyte-specific Pkn2 conditional knockout (cKO) and littermate control embryos. RNA-seq libraries were generated from ventricular tissue and analyzed using the DESeq2 pipeline.
