A Dataset on Body Composition, Strength and Performance in Older Adults, Created from Rancho Bernardo Study

These data originated from Rancho Bernardo Study, a longitudinal observational cohort study. The study enrolled subjects between 1972 and 1974. A subset of the subjects returned every four years for subsequent visits. This dataset consists of raw measurements of body composition, strength and performance from Visits 7-10, as well as some secondary measurements computed from the raw measurements.
