Preprocessed data

Preprocessed Capillary electrophoresis (CE) trace datasets for MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, <i>in virio</i>, post extraction and post reassembly.<br>Each <i>.obj</i> file is a python pickle datafile which contain datasets which contain CE trace datasets for each primer which have undergone preprocessing. <br>Preprocessing involves, smoothing, baseline correction, dynamic time warping, decay correction and peak alignment. <br>The preprocessing of the datasets in each file has been performed over different windows in the CE traces, with the value before the <i>.obj </i>file extension is used to identify the seperate windows.<br>Preprocessing has been performed using the BoXFP software package.<br><br>
