Data is shown for each HuProt array performed at 0mM, 0.2 mM, or 2mM calcium. “A Score” corresponds to difference in PAD4 binding to each candidate protein minus the array average divided by the standard deviation. “S Score” corresponds to the difference between a candidate proteins’ A-score, minus the A-score of the next lower value, when ranked by A score from high to low. PANTHER analysis of the putative binding partners are also included.
