Supplementary Data for "Tetrapodophis amplectus is not a snake: Reassessment of the osteology, phylogeny and functional morphology of an Early Cretaceous dolichosaurid lizard."

Supplementary data files including datasets, input, and output files for the two datasets used for phylogenetic analyses. Data folders include raw morphological and molecular datasets provided as Nexus files. It combined morphological and molecular data file in Nexus format is also provided. Analyses folders include the input .tnt and .nex files for TNT, PAUP and Mr. Bayes with embedded PAUP and Mr. Bayes command blocks for each analysis in their respective folders (for TNT parameters, see the Methods section). Each analysis folder also includes individual output files, such as tree files with all most parsimonious (MPTs) and strict consensus (SC) trees from maximum parsimony, and various output files from Bayesian inference analyses (summary trees, log files, among others).
