Gut microbiota in Koreans and its association with probiotic consumption (16S rRNA, stool; n=3450)

This BioProject contains paired-end Illumina 16S rRNA (V3-V4) gene amplicon sequencing reads generated from human stool samples from a Korean cohort (n=3,450). Raw demultiplexed FASTQ files (R1/R2) are deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) and linked to anonymized sample identifiers. No personal identifiers are included.
