Sealed research ledger, 30 October 2026, second set

A second sealed, dated commitment, made later the same day as the record 10.5281/zenodo.23808168. It holds ratings of that record’s lead hypotheses and refers to each one by its fingerprint there. The files list SHA-256 fingerprints only; the contents are withheld and will be revealed record by record with their salts, so anyone can check them against these fingerprints. The .ots files are OpenTimestamps proofs of the same fingerprints. The file names carry “v2” because this is the second sealed set in the ledger.
