The dataset is constructed so that primary IID, cluster-robust, temporal(HAC), and spatial (Matern GLS) equivalence tests all support equivalenceat margin Delta = 1, while the primary spatiotemporal engine (jointseparable AR(1) x Matern ML with a parametric-bootstrap CI) does not. Thisisolates a failure mode in which lower-order dependence adjustments areinsufficient and only joint spatiotemporal modeling changes theequivalence decision.
