Rhizosphere bacterial community of Quercus variabilis

In order to understand the effect of Cenococcum geophilum infection on the rhizosphere bacteria of Quercus variabilis, this experiment was carried out. And complete nutrition, phosphorus-limited and potassium-limited treatment were set to observe the effects of Cenococcum geophilum on becterial communities under different nutrient conditions.
