Dataset for "Fractional stochastic model of citation dynamics with memory and volatility"

This dataset was used to produce the figures in the article “Fractional stochastic model of citation dynamics with memory and volatility” by Keisuke Okamura, Physical Review E (2025), DOI: 10.1103/l2xd-43n9. Files whose names begin with “ap_” are based on the parameter settings used in Section IV. NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS of the main text, whereas those beginning with “p_” are based on the parameter settings used in the section “Simulation of persistent cases” of the Supplementary Text for Section IV. Files beginning with “ap_path_” correspond to the panels in Fig. 2, according to the value of beta specified after “beta=”. Likewise, files beginning with “p_path_” correspond to the panels in Fig. S1, according to the value of beta specified after “beta=”. Files beginning with “ap_MC_” correspond to the panels and graphs in Figs. 3–5, according to the value of beta specified after “beta=”. Similarly, files beginning with “p_MC_” correspond to the panels and graphs in Figs. S2–S3, according to the value of beta specified after “beta=”.
