Effect of Ca on salt tolerance of Magnolia Wufengensis

Magnolia Wufengensis, a new-found beautiful ornamental species of Magnoliaceae, is susceptible to salinity. Furthermore, Ca2+ is an essential element for plant growth and is attaining greater consideration to reduce the impact of environmental stress in plants. In the present study, the effect of Ca2+ on physiology and transcriptome of M. Wufengensis under salt stress were investigated.
