Dataset: UEQ+ and Usability Testing for SINORAH Application at RSUD Dr. Moewardi

This dataset contains the results of a mixed-method evaluation of the SINORAH (Blood Donor Information System of RSUD Dr. Moewardi) application, conducted as part of a study on user experience and usability. Quantitative data were collected using the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) from 104 participants, while usability testing was conducted with 8 participants. The dataset includes raw responses, aggregated scores, and task performance metrics such as success rate, error rate, and satisfaction scores. This data aims to support further research in digital health systems evaluation, especially in the context of blood donation applications.
