Raw sequence reads of Carex breviculmis

In this study, C. breviculmis was used as experimental material and treated for 20 days under low light condition with R:FR of 0.4. Samples were taken at 0, 5,10,15, and 20 days respectively for transcriptome sequencing, aiming to screen the relevant pathways and differential genes involved in shading regulation, and to reveal the mechanism of response to shading of C. breviculmis.
