资源简介:
Impaired immunohomeostasis in diabetic wounds results in prolonged activation of inflammation and cytokine dysfunction, ultimately leads to delaying or unhealing surface of wound. Clinical studies on cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells have increased in recent years because they can be easily expanded with a straightforward and inexpensive protocol. The function of CIK cells in regulating inflammatory environments are growing attention for clinical therapy. In our research, we explored the regenerative capacity by these cells within the challenging environment of wounds that heal poorly due to diabetes.
