Article Title: Zinc-Thallium Antagonism in Follicular Fluid and Ovarian Reserve Decline: Findings from a Prospective IVF Cohort in China A total of 736 reproductive-aged women undergoing their first in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) at the Reproductive Medicine and Genetics Center of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region between July 2018 and December 2018. After exclusion criteria were applied, 495 participants were included (418 controls with normal ovarian reserve, 77 DOR cases). Concentrations of 24 metals/trace elements in follicular fluid, quantified using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Diagnosis of DOR (defined as antral follicle count [AFC] ≤7, anti-Müllerian hormone [AMH] ≤1.1 ng/mL, or basal follicle-stimulating hormone [FSH] ≥10 IU/L); associations between follicular fluid metals/trace elements and DOR risk.
