Long noncoding RNA expression profiles in brain ischemic tolerance by cerebral ischemic preconditioning

In this study, cerebral cortical astrocytes and neurons of rats were co-cultured, the astrocytes of the co-cultured cell model pretreated by ischemic preconditioning (45 min of OGD) were subjected to lncRNA high-throughput sequencing (RNA-seq).本研究中，研究人员对大鼠大脑皮层星形胶质细胞与神经元进行共培养，随后针对经缺血预处理（ischemic preconditioning，45分钟氧糖剥夺（Oxygen Glucose Deprivation，OGD））的共培养细胞模型中的星形胶质细胞，开展了长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA）高通量测序（RNA-seq）实验。
