卫浴陶瓷产品缺陷图像库

卫浴陶瓷产品缺陷图像库主要面向卫浴陶瓷产品表面缺陷检测与质量评判研究建设。该图像库中的缺陷图片数据采集自2019至2022年项目研究周期内佛山东鹏洁具股份有限公司的卫浴陶瓷产品生产现场，缺陷图片经过分类、筛选、数据增广、缺陷标签标注后，最终构成包含33种缺陷类型的卫浴陶瓷产品表面缺陷图像库；该图像库中还包括这33种缺陷类型的特征描述及其对应的第一责任工艺溯源，以及产品分级规则。数据量为4.21GB。

An image database for surface defects on sanitary ceramic products was developed primarily for research on surface defect detection and quality evaluation of sanitary ceramic products. The defect images in this database were collected from the production sites of sanitary ceramic products manufactured by Foshan Dongpeng Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. during the project research cycle from 2019 to 2022. After classification, screening, data augmentation and defect label annotation, these images were compiled into the final image database covering 33 distinct defect types of surface defects on sanitary ceramic products. The database also includes feature descriptions of these 33 defect types, their corresponding traceability information of the primary responsible manufacturing processes, as well as product grading rules. The total data volume of the database is 4.21 GB.
