Complete genome sequence of Actinoalloteichus caeruleus

This study describes the sequencing and assembly of the complete genome of Actinoalloteichus caeruleus isolated in Kazakhstan. Genomic DNA was extracted from a pure culture of the strain and sequenced using Illumina technology. The generated reads were assembled into a complete genome sequence representing a single circular chromosome. The genome sequence is intended to support future studies on the taxonomy, genetics, and metabolic potential of the genus Actinoalloteichus.
