Isolation of bacterial strains that have antifungal activities against rice pathogenic fungi from the biomass-fertilizer produced in Yamagata Prefecture

The bacterial strains that show antifungal activities against rice pathogenic fungi were isolated from the biomass-fertilizer produced in Yamagata, and the antifungal mechanisms were investigated. A whole genome analysis of the isolated strains was performed to get information supporting the antifungal mechanisms.
