Maxent_results_crocodile_nesting_suitability
收藏资源简介:
The first zipped folder called 'Maxent current nesting suitability outputs_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the current nesting suitability of saltwater crocodiles <i>Crocodylus porosus</i> in the Northern Territory, a region of Australia with the world’s most extensive nesting habitat for the species. The models were derived from 730 nest locations and selected environmental features, and estimated a total of 33,178.40 km2 of current suitable habitat across the study region. Full description of the model is provided in Fukuda et al. (2022).<br>The second folder called 'Maxent nesting suitability 2100 outputs with low emission_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the nesting suitability predicted for 2100 with lower future emission climate scenario. <br>The third folder called 'Maxent nesting suitability 2100 outputs with high emission_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the nesting suitability predicted for 2100 with higher future emission climate scenario. <br>
