French people considering telework less efficient than face-to-face work 2021, by age

While the use of teleworking is gradually becoming more widespread, the source sought to find out whether the French consider telework less efficient than face-to-face work. In March 2021, teleworkers' views on the effectiveness of telework were very diverse. Younger workers were the most negative about it: 60 percent of 18-24 year olds felt they were less effective when teleworking, compared to around 30 percent of other age groups. Experience and autonomy thus seem to be essential to the effectiveness of remote work.
