Gene expression profile at single cell level of leg muscles from E18.5-day WT and SYISL KO fetal mice from the same litter

To further explore the mechanism of SYISL knockout on muscle fiber development, we performed 10X Genomics single-cell RNA sequencing of leg muscles from E18.5-day WT and KO fetal mice from the same litter. Samples were collected from the leg muscles of E18.5 embryos from both genotypes, with each condition including two biological replicates. Analysis was conducted using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
