Victorian State Schools-Land Area 2013

This is a dataset of land owned by the Department of Education and EarlyChildhood Development (DEECD) across all State school campuses in Victoria.This includes land at primary, secondary and combined primary/secondaryschools, but also at other school or campus types, for example, specialdevelopmental and language schools. In addition it incorporates land on schoolgrounds as well as sites in plantations and camping grounds associated withparticular schools.Land area is defined as  the sum of each area on all property titles owned by(DEECD) on all sites per campus, as this accurately quantifies the parcels ofland owned by DEECD.Data is broken down at a campus level but can also be filtered according toschool/campus type type.
