Menschen, die in während der DDR-Zeit und in der darauf folgenden Umbruchphase sozialisiert wurden, verinnerlichten mentale Repräsentationen, die durch den gesellschaftlichen Kontext mitbestimmt waren. Die Integrative Supervision bietet eine wissenschaftliche Grundlage, dieses Feld zu analysieren und angemessene Handlungsmöglichkeiten abzuleiten. Viele Berufstätige, die im Kindes- und Jugend-alter durch die gesellschaftlichen Verhältnisse in beiden deutschen Staaten geprägt wurden, haben die einmalige Chance, die Erfahrungen aus zwei Systemen offen zu reflektieren und alternative Sichtweisen zu entwickeln. Das konstruktive Zweifeln ist hierbei ein geeigneter Ansatz, supervisorische Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und voran zu bringen. People socialized during the period of the GDR and the reunification phase that followed internalized mental representations that were shaped by the social context in which they found themselves. Integrative supervision offers a scientific basis upon which to analyze this area of interest and derive appropriate courses of action. Many working people affected by the social circumstances in both German states during childhood and youth have the unique opportunity to reflect freely and to develop alternative perspectives on their experiences within both systems.
