Soil communities over a year of Winter Wheat development. Winter Wheat soils

Soil DNA was extracted from eight specific time points corresponding to major developmental growth stages of Winter Wheat. These were: Seeding, Tillering, Erect Growth, Stem Elongation, Flowering, Ripening, Senescence and Fallow. The study follows changes in the soil microbial community in response to the crop.
